So here’s a fun one to try with a buddy! Try it and let me know what you think!
– 30 second back to back partner squat
– 30 second squat pulse
– 1 minute tricep dip with a clap
– 1 minute weighted partner Russian twist
– 1 minute back to back core reach / 30 seconds ea side
* Be sure to hydrate and take a little time to warm up/cool down with a light stretch 🙂
