Big Island Acai Bowl
- 2 Acai Superfruit packs (200g)
- 1 Banana (half for blending, half for topping)
- ¼ cup of juice - I used pineapple but you can use apple juice or coconut water
- Granola, coconut shreds, almond slivers, berries for topping
- Blend Acai Superfruit, ½ banana and juice.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite topping!
- Eat and enjoy the fruits of your labor!
