Easy Peezy Vegan Mac & Cheesy
- 1 cup of your choice of Macaroni noodles (I used gluten free)
- 1 cup of Vegan meltable cheese (I used Daiya)
- ½ cup of non dairy milk (used SoDelicious almond milk plus)
- 1 tbs of vegan butter
- Kale (optional)
- Cook macaroni noodles.
- Drain. Add ingredients and done.
- If you want to add a little crunch - spray kale with coconut oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and top mac & cheese.
