Spicy Greens + Beans
- Garbanzo beans (I used canned because it's quicker)
- Roma tomatos (chopped)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Crushed Red Pepper
- Saute kale in olive oil until lightly wilted.
- Add tomatoes, garbanzo beans, crushed red pepper and turn up heat.
- Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Season to taste!
