Homemade Super Chocolate Bark
- 2 bags of vegan chocolate chips
- ½ cup of crushed raw almonds
- 3 tablespoons of raw Spanish bee pollen
- 2 tablespoons of raw maca
- Melt the chocolate chips in a glass bowl over a pot with a cup of water on a low boil. Stir in the ingredients above.
- Pour chocolate mixture onto baking sheet lined with wax paper and let cool/put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Break chocolate into chunks, and go to town!
