- ½ cup almond milk (or enough to cover the bottom blades of your blender)
- 1 sliced frozen banana
- 2 ice cubes
- 4-5 frozen strawberries
- handful of spinach
- 1 pitted date
- shake of cinnamon
- 1 scoop or serving of plantbased vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop of green superfood powder (we used the philosopie brand but I also like amazing grass)
- Top with your favorite healthy ingredients like, chocolate covered chia seeds, walnuts, fresh strawberries and bananas!
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, then top with ingredients of your choice and enjoy!
