A little Hump day action for your hump!
Every time I complain about having a medium to small sized butt, Andrew’s famous line is, “Squat and lunge!”.
So, I do just that… and it really is just that simple!
A bubble booty isn’t the only thing you’ll get by squatting and lunging. Because our leg muscles are one of the biggest muscles in our bodies, leg workouts burn more calories than other body parts – so that’s a plus! Not to mention stronger legs help in so many other ways too! You’ll be able to run loner and faster, your balance will improve, and you’ll increase your metabolism!
…so get squatting!
